19都大了！新时代了！中国社会学理论“赶英超美”的【拐点】议题是什么？
这，可，真的是，一篇学，习，体会。
虽然中国的社会学被XX断子绝孙过，但毕竟来了一波又一波春天嘛。
可是，改革开放的春天都吹了四十年，19party都开了，社会主要矛盾都比八大的时候更新了，
中国社会学什么时候才能赶英超美呢？？？
不是要不要赶英超美，而是如何(how)赶英超美呢？
这儿提一些“拐点”议题。
0. 背景
（1）美英鬼佬都太傻了吧，喜欢在自己的CV中放自己work in progress
（2）抢在他们前头，把他们要做的、但尚未完成的，抢先完成、抢先发表
（3）让洋人灰头土脸地来膜一膜。
——这样不就赶英超美了吗？
——对手太傻、开放战场、拐点竞争、抢先完成。
我平时对有兴趣的学者，有收集CV习惯。挑了挑他们CV暴露出，给中国“赶英超美”的拐点性议题。
1.耶鲁大学社会学教授：Philip S. Gorski
他的CV里这样写：
但是，第2篇文章已经在 今年的Cambridge Press的Tilly研究文集出版，但其它两个我还没查到已发表的记录。中国不是也好些研究Durkheim的社会学者吗，和Gorksi拼拼最后一个题目吧！

2. LSE的Nigel Dodd
Dodd是研究sociology of money的大佬。但是他正在写本书，是关于temporality的。——在LSE官方网页上，他的页面这样写（您说鬼佬傻不傻，还是咱中国人聪明呀，不在自己的staff页面上写这些）：
He is currently working on two research monographs. The first book, Images of Time, consists of an appraisal of the conceptualization of time in the social theory of Walter Benjamin and Michel Foucault. It seeks to develop a deep engagement with time within the social imaginary as a key theme in critical sociological theory. Benjamin and Foucault’s works are underpinned by a fundamental critique of conventional images of time ... The conceptual affinities between their ideas of time are striking. Each thinker opposes a conception of time that is linear, continuous and cumulative. One might even call this a distinctive ‘European’ engagement with time, in contrast to more evolutionary models of time that tend to predominate in US social thought... In place of this, they advance notions of time that are non-linear, discontinuous and non-cumulative: Benjamin uses an idea of messianic time, and Foucault develops a conception of heterogeneous time. 3. 弗吉尼亚大学社会学教授Krishan Kumar
Kumar以前在英国混，现在又到了美国。之前介绍过他的新书，关于sociology of emperor.
他在自己的简历中写了另一本正在写的书：
如果想具体知道他怎么干的、想着怎么干掉他，就看他在2009年及之后几篇历史社会学的文章吧。
4. 威斯康星大学社会学教授George Steinmetz
之前介绍过他一系列的社会学史研究，见：

尽管他已编辑出版了sociology and emperor，但下面的第二本书尚未出版。其它的也没有。
5. Colby College的Damon Mayrl
——今年的政治社会学讲习班请过他来。尽管讲的是我完全听不懂的政教关系，但他做的历史社会学方法研究很有趣。

他正在做什么，能让中国同行去同一竞争以超越呢？他的CV里写：
年轻人cv就要告诉大家，我有好多要研究（写完的就成大佬了）~~~~
